   First, the shelf is fixed on the ground

   Warehouse shelf manufacturers said that generally speaking, light, medium or some heavy warehouse shelves are stabilized by increasing the footing to increase the friction between the shelf and the ground. This is often referred to as placement, not Really fixed. However, in some large warehouses, the beam-type shelves are fixed to the ground with expansion screws. This is the real fixed shelf, that is, the hole is drilled on the ground, the expansion screws are placed, and then the warehouse shelf feet are used. The screw holes are firmly fixed.

   Second, the connection between the different parts of the warehouse shelves is fixed.

There are many different classifications in this regard. Here we mainly introduce two common categories, one is the assembly and fixing of the column, and the other is the fixing between the beam and the column.

   Light, medium and partial heavy-duty warehouse racks are welded between two supporting column pieces, while most heavy-duty warehouse shelves are fixed by screws. The commonly used fixing method of the beam and the column is a diamond hole + olecranon clip, which is vertical insertion, two-point balanced contact, good safety and stability, for a load of more than one ton, the fixing method is slightly different, it is not a simple Point contact, but a line contact.
