1. Procurement of good storage shelf materials.

2. According to the storage shelf structure drawings, use the shearing machine to cut out the various storage shelf accessories.

3. The cut sheet needs to be punched and bent. The cut profiles need to be rolled, punched and cut according to the dimensions determined by the storage shelves.

4. Part of the structure of the storage shelf needs to be welded: the steel plate of the laminate and the support beam under the laminate need to be welded, and the beam is welded by the hanging piece and the profile. These parts that need to be welded must be welded.

5. Grinding and removing the dross such as welding slag on the fitting, then pickling, and then phosphating. After phosphating, it is necessary to dry the storage shelf accessories. Phosphating is a process in which a chemical and electrochemical reaction forms a phosphate conversion membrane. The phosphate conversion film is a metal surface protection film that prevents the metal from being corroded to some extent. The phosphate conversion film is used for primering before painting to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint layer, and to reduce friction and lubrication in the metal cold working process.

6. Each storage shelf accessory is sprayed. Spraying is a kind of metal surface treatment process. The solid powder coating is electrostatically sprayed, heated and baked to solidify, forming a flat and bright permanent coating on the metal surface to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion. The solid powder coating is a new solvent-free 100% solid powder coating. The coating is prepared by mixing special resin, pigment filler, curing agent and other auxiliary agents in a certain ratio, and then through hot extrusion and sieving and sieving.

7. After drying, each storage shelf accessory is dried again. After that, the storage shelf is produced. It can be used after being shipped to the destination and installed.
