Routine maintenance measures for shelves

The shelf should be cleaned regularly, and the dust on the shelf should be removed with a clean rag. Avoid washing directly with water, because washing the shelf with water can easily cause oxidation of the surface of the shelf and shorten the shelf life.

   Special precautions should be taken in special weather. When it rains, the warehouse should open doors and windows as little as possible to reduce the entry of outside humid air and reduce the possibility of moisture on the shelves. Or put some desiccant in the warehouse. The shelf needs to be cleaned with a rag after being damp, to avoid the shelf rusting, especially pay attention to the location of the shelf interface, where it is easier to rust.

   Pay attention to the neat arrangement of the shelves. The tools and items stored on the shelves should be neatly arranged. The pipes and lines must not be stacked to block the passage.

In addition, check the size and type of the goods stored on the shelf, pay attention to observe whether the shelf is deformed, check whether the safety pin is complete, the beam, the shelf, and the accessories are damaged. Whether the bolts fixing the shelves are loose, avoid impact when using forklifts in the warehouse, and try to handle them lightly.

   When you place the goods, you should follow the principle of placing light goods at the top and heavy goods at the bottom to avoid accidents during later use.
