Project Scope
Our Clients has been achieving a constant high annual growth rate over the last years. They have become one of high volumn logistic warehouse of hardwares,auto parts,building material products in the Mexico and are currently facing an expansion stage.
The Logistic Warehouse Distribution Center is divided into two areas: The Warehouse exposed for customers and the warehouse long-term storage area, package area. Heda Shelves was contacted specifically to provide the storage applications for these two sections of their new warehouse.
The Solution: Selective Pallet Racking System
Heda Shelves successfully met the complex logistical needs of a Mexican customer by implementing a tailored warehouse optimization solution. The project integrated selective pallet racking, rack protectors and pallet limiters, which together increased the storage capacity of the facility. Our selective pallet racking solution provided a flexible solution and cost-effectiveness for this project. Each pallet is easily accessible and the aisles fit the customer's forklifts, ensuring careful handling of a wide range of products.
