Common manufacturing process of shelf

1. Rolling process:

(Raw material) Coil-Slitting-Automatic punching-Roll forming-Fixed length-Automatic tracking flying saw cutting-Flat head-CO2 protective welding-Polishing and deburring-Black parts-Surface deal with.

2. Automatic punching:

It has a fully automatic continuous punching production line, which is used to complete the punching of the column profile before binding. The hole spacing accuracy can reach 0.02mm, and the cumulative error of the column length is not more than 2mm.

3. Cold rolled forming:

The shelf column and various beams are bound by their own automatic cold bending forming unit, which is automatically positioned and cut according to the required length, and the length dimension error is not more than 1mm.

4. Welding:

All are welded by carbon dioxide shielded welding machine, which ensures the quality of the weld and the smooth appearance of the weld.

5. Column:

Material: cold rolled steel plate;

Color: blue (can be customized according to customer requirements);

The column and the horizontal brace and diagonal brace are all connected by galvanized bolts;

When fully loaded, the maximum deflection of the column is not more than 1/1000H;

The bottom of the heavy-duty shelf column is equipped with a bottom plate, and the bottom plate and the ground are connected by expansion bolts to ensure the stability of the shelf;

The total height of the rack column is determined according to the design requirements, the column hole distance is 50, 75mm, the layer height can be adjusted freely, and the cumulative error of the hole distance is ±1mm;

Using convex column with optimized cross-section and strong load-bearing capacity; (Select bearing-bearing columns according to design requirements, commonly used columns: medium-sized columns: 55*50, heavy-duty columns: 90*70/108*85).

6.beam

Material: cold rolled steel plate;

Color: orange or red (can be customized according to customer requirements);

Each beam is equipped with a safety pin to increase the safety factor;

When the beam is fully loaded, its maximum deflection is not more than 1/200L;

The crossbeam and the column are connected by hanging teeth, which are inlaid without gap insertion, with large contact area and good reliability;

Using cross-beam or P-beam, etc., the cross-section is optimized, and the bending resistance and bearing capacity are strong; (the selection of the crossbeam is based on the span and load-bearing choice, the conventional size: the welding beam has 85*40, 100*40, 120*40, 140*40, 160 *40,).
