Cantilever Rack

Cantilever shelves differ from other racking systems in several ways. The following are several advantages of cantilever racking:

Easier for longer products: Cantilevered racks load and unload faster on wood, pipes and many other non-pallet goods because there is no front pillar to hinder loading

More flexible: The cargo can be placed almost anywhere during the operation of the cantilevered rack, creating more storage flexibility.

More compact design: no front pillars create more room for operation.

More selective: the loader or picker provides immediate access to any load or storage slot.

More economical: Reduced processing time and increased space utilization make the cantilever rack a more cost-effective storage solution. In addition, with the increase in load length, cantilevered shelves become more economical, while standard pallet shelves are the opposite.

More adaptability: Cantilevered shelves can store almost any type of cargo that cannot be stored on traditional shelves. They are especially useful for storing long, bulky or oddly shaped goods.
